Milk Receiving and Measurement Vessel ; They are units with mostly semi-cylindrical designs, which serve as a balance between the tanker and the cooling or storage tanks in the milk purchasing units of the enterprises, in order to measure the milk to be pumped from the milk transport tanker to the milk reception pipeline – in Kg when necessary.

Milk Receiving and Measurement Vessel is made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel. At the point where the milk is poured into the tub, there is a sieve made of stainless steel with a pore size of 500/1000 microns in order to remove visible coarse pollution factors. In addition to ensuring hygienic conditions by removing visible substances such as garbage and straw that are contaminated with milk during milking and transportation, it also prevents clogging of plate milk cooling exchangers in the next stage.

In the Milk Receiving and Measurement Boat, the milk currently in the boat is measured in kg by means of loadcells placed at the bottom of the boat hull.

Boat hull; It is kept balanced by 4 legs made of stainless steel. To the boat exit; Stainless butterfly valve and Self – Priming pump are integrated in pipe size suitable for hourly milk intake capacity .

Chamber size; It can vary between 500 liters and 5000 liters depending on the milk purchasing capacity of the enterprise.
