Curd Transfer Unit

Description

INOKSPROM Curd Transfer Unit; They are equipment integrated into the outlet of the Dry Boiling Machine for the purpose of resting the products coming out of the dry boiling machine, partially kneading them and transferring them to the Forming/Gramming machine.

There are spiral arms at the bottom of the Curd Transfer Unit . While these allow the product to be kneaded a little more before the forming process, they also perform the transfer process .

It also provides a heating function with steam fed to the wall to maintain the curd temperature throughout the curd transfer process. It is equipped with a PT100 transmitter with hygienic connection for instant temperature control. The rotation speed and transfer capacity of the spiral arms can be adjusted via the control panel.

Product contact surfaces are made of 316 quality stainless steel, and 304 quality stainless steel is used on other surfaces, which also provides hygienic conditions.

Due to its design, it can be cleaned manually in an extremely simple way due to the difficulties arising from washing with the CIP head.
