INOKSPROM Cheese Aging Trolley; These are mobile units where the kashar cheese curd is kept in the Kashar Resting Rooms to give its final shape after passing through the Kashar Cheese Gramming Machine and to give the curd a stable cheese mold structure .

Kashar Aging Trolley; It is made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel. It has four wheels, two fixed and two mobile. While it can be designed with different sizes depending on the production capacity, the same unit can have different amounts of cheese molds and total cheese weight capacities depending on the mold sizes placed on the shelves (100 gr>2500 gr).
