INOKSPROM Curd Filtering Boat; Curd Drums are the units where the cheese curd, which has gained a more stable structure as a result of the separation of a large part of the curd water, is rested in order to separate the last remaining water and complete the acidity development, before proceeding with the stages such as pressing / boiling / salting / cheddaring .

Curd Filtering Trough; It consists of two boats nested inside each other. While the outer tub is made of solid stainless steel and acts as a completely closed container, the inner tub is made of perforated sheet metal that supports the separation of curd water.

There is a DN50 size water discharge connection on the boat. It has 4 wheels, 2 fixed and 2 movable
