Milk Cooking Boiler

Description

Milk is pasteurized by heating with two different methods: traditional and modern.

In the modern method, INOKSPROM Plate Pasteurizer systems are used. The whole process proceeds within automation and there is a constant raw milk input within a certain capacity.

In the traditional method, milk heating and pasteurization is carried out in the INOKSPROM Milk Heating Tank . A certain amount of milk is filled into the tank within the capacity taken into account in the design of the tank, and the aim is to heat the milk by applying hot water or steam to the walls on the side surfaces of the tank.

They are much more cost-effective than plate pasteurizers and are thought to enable the structural and aromatic properties desired in some traditional products such as Classic Turkish White Cheese .

Tank Designs
INOKSPROM Milk Heating Tank is produced in capacities between 300 liters and 5000 liters. Product Inlet and outlet connection diameters vary depending on tank capacity. During heating of the liquid product, the product must be constantly stirred to prevent adhesion to the tank wall. The mixer is mounted on the upper part of the tank, and the mixer motor capacity increases in direct proportion to the tank capacity.

It is advantageous to use a side scraper when heating high viscosity or sugary products in the heating tank.

Tank Hygiene
In INOKSPROM Milk Heating Tanks ; By integrating with the automatic Jeep washing ball (optional for capacities below 1000 Liters), physical difficulties and hygiene problems arising from manual washing are prevented. If the washing balls mounted on the inner upper part of the tank are fed with hot water and/or acid/caustic solutions, they provide effective cleaning by spraying this water onto the tank walls at high speed.

Tank Profile
INOKSPROM Milk Heating Tanks are manufactured from AISI304 quality stainless steel. If the product to be heated in the tank has a high corrosive effect (such as brine), 316 quality stainless steel can optionally be preferred. The thickness of the stainless steel profiles used in the base, side and upper body varies depending on the tank capacity.
