Culture Preparation Tank

Description

Starter cultures, stabilizers or yeast solutions used in fermented dairy products can be supplied ready-to-use, or they can be used by obtaining Intermediate Cultures by multiplying them daily under appropriate microbial conditions with Main Cultures supplied by enterprises producing high fermented products, and their use is extremely economical, practical and practical. It is a common practice. In addition to the economic return of culture production, it is a distinct advantage that the added yeast/culture activity is in a sense controlled, in other words, it creates a “gene” of its own for the business over the years.

INOKSPROM Culture Preparation Tank; With its design and equipment to increase the duplication rate of bacteria , it is integrated into process lines with optional manual or automatic dosing during the fermentation stages .

Culture Tanks are designed to be electrically or steam heated. Depending on the type of mixture prepared and the water solubility of the components in the mixture; Tanks can be equipped with a Tank Top High Shear Mixer fixed to the tank top wall.
