INOKSPROM Milk Storage Tanks; After the milk reaching the facility is cooled to 2-4 0C by passing through the plate milk cooling exchanger , it is pasteurized and taken to the process line to be processed into the product foreseen according to the daily production plan, both to protect the milk from environmental pollution factors and to completely isolate the heat exchange with the environment. They are equipment made entirely of stainless steel, in which a kind of raw material storage process takes place in order to keep it at a minimum level .
Tank Designs
INOKSPROM Milk Storage Tanks ; They are designed completely vertically. Thanks to the adjustable tank legs, it is possible to shorten or lengthen the tank length to a certain extent. There is a stainless connection port with DN 40/50/65/80 dimensions at the tank entrance. After the milk reaching the facility is cooled, it is transferred to the tank via a centrifugal pump by connecting the pump outlet pipeline to the tank inlet port.
Tank Cleaning
INOKSPROM Milk Storage Tanks ; By integrating with the automatic Jeep washing ball, physical difficulties and hygiene problems caused by manual washing are prevented. If the washing balls mounted on the inner upper part of the tank are fed with hot water and/or acid/caustic solutions, they provide effective cleaning by spraying this water onto the tank walls at high speed.
Tank Profile
The thickness of the stainless steel profiles used in the tank bottom, side and upper body varies depending on the tank capacity.
Insulation
In INOKSPROM Milk Storage Tanks ; It aims to save energy by increasing the cooler performance by completely cutting off heat exchange with the environment, and to prevent the microbial flora from adversely occurring by preventing temperature changes during the cold storage process of milk. Insulation walls are 50 mm thick and 36/42 kg/m3 density polyurethane material, which does not contain HCFC, is used.
