Fermentation Tube

Description

In the production of Traditional/Creamy Yoghurt, yoghurt milk heated to pasteurization temperature is filled directly into bowls/buckets or containers at this temperature, and is waited to cool to 43/45 C, which is the fermentation temperature of yoghurt, in the packaging under ambient conditions.

With the completion of the expected temperature drop, the fermentation process should be started quickly and the fermentation process should be started to prevent a temperature loss below 43/45 C, which is the most effective working temperature of yoghurt cultures.

Fermentation Tubes are units that help the rapid implementation of the fermentation process in question .

Fermentation Tube is produced entirely from AISI304 stainless steel. A dosing pump is integrated at the exit of the tubes, where the yeast is kept ready and whose volume varies between 20 Lt and 200 Lt. Valves that will direct the yeast flow are available on the unit.

The guns that will provide fermentation are integrated ready for use at the end of the food hose in the unit. It can be easily transported with four wheels located at the four corners of the stainless platform.
