INOKSPROM Horizontal Milk Cooling Tank; These are the equipment needed in cattle farms where milk production takes place, milk collection centers and milk reception points of milk production facilities. As a result of the functioning of the evaporative cooling group integrated into the tank with the consumption of electrical energy, the milk that has been milked and/or arrived at the facility is pasteurized and kept safely until it is processed into the product foreseen within the daily production plan (cheese, yoghurt, pasteurized -UHT Milk, etc.). It is ensured that it is preserved and stored .

Tank Designs

INOKSPROM Milk Cooling Tank is produced in storage capacities between 100 liters and 20 000 liters. Vertical models are preferred for low capacities, and horizontal models are preferred for facilities with relatively high milk processing capacity.

The cooling group is mounted under or next to the tank, depending on the preferred design.

Tank Cleaning

In INOKSPROM Milk Cooling Tanks ; All cooling tanks (optional for capacities below 1000 Liters) are integrated with the automatic Jeep washing ball, preventing physical difficulties and hygiene problems caused by manual washing. If the washing balls mounted on the inner upper part of the tank are fed with hot water and/or acid/caustic solutions, they provide effective cleaning by spraying this water onto the tank walls at high speed.

Tank Profile

The thickness of the stainless steel profiles used in the tank bottom, side and upper body varies depending on the tank capacity.

Insulation

INOKSPROM Horizontal Milk Cooling Tanks aim to save energy by completely cutting off heat exchange with the environment, increasing the cooler performance, and preventing the microbial flora from adversely affecting the cold storage process of milk by preventing temperature changes. Insulation walls are 50 mm thick and 42 kg/m3 density polyurethane material, which does not contain HCFC, is used.
